Important: We will NEVER ask for your private keys. You will need to access only https://tokenclaim.tenx.tech and your TenX app for the TENX Token claim.

The TENX Token claim process comprises two distinct events: (1) Ethereum address verification in the TENX Token Claim web app and (2) account verification in the TenX app. For more information on the TENX Token and eligibility for issuance, refer to the full FAQ.

TENX Token claim is available from 25 March 2019 (GMT+8) onwards.

What you’ll need

  • TenX Wallet account with 2FA access (see here if you need to reset 2FA)
  • Signed message from your Ethereum address that was part of the 30 December 2018 snapshot. Click here for instructions on how to sign a message.
    Note: Signed message must contain only your TenX registered email address.
  • International passport or an accepted national ID
  • Proof of address (e.g. mobile phone bill or utility bill)

(1) TENX Token Claim web app

Step 1: Go to https://tokenclaim.tenx.tech/ and log in with your TenX Wallet account.

Step 2: Enter your 6 digit 2FA verification code.

Step 3: Check that your personal information is correct. If it is, click Looks good. If it is incorrect, clicking My info is outdated shows you how to update your personal information in the TenX app.

Note: If you have previously completed account verification on the TenX app, you will bypass this step.

Step 4: Paste your signed message here. Confirm that you own the private key for the signed message by checking the box, and click Proceed.

Note: If you own more than one Ethereum address that was part of the 30 December 2018 snapshot, click Add another signed message to paste another signed message. You can add up to 20 fields.

Step 5: Tell us your occupation by choosing from the drop-down list.

If you have performed account verification for a TenX Card in 2019, you do not need to repeat it for the TENX Token claim. You have now completed the claim process 🎉 and should see this summary here:

If you have not performed account verification, you can now do so for the TENX Token claim in your TenX Wallet app:

(2) Account verification on the TenX app

After you have successfully completed verification on the Token Claim web app, the next step is to perform account verification in the TenX app. This helps us to verify your identity and country of residence.

In your TenX app, tap on the drawer menu on the top left corner. You’ll see a highlighted button, Verify your account.

If you don’t see the verify link, ensure you are running app version 3.11.4 or later then force close and reopen the app.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to verify your account in the TenX app.

Note: If you have completed account verification for your TenX Card in 2019, you will not have to repeat account verification.


FAQs on TENX Token Claim

Q: Do my TENX Tokens get issued immediately after claiming?

The TENX Tokens will be issued in Q2. We will be sending you an email once your tokens have been processed and issued.

Q: Why do I need a TenX Wallet account? What if I do not have one?

You’ll need a TenX Wallet account to access both the token claim web app and the TenX app.

If you do not have a TenX Wallet account, sign up for one using the mobile app before you begin the TENX Token claim process.

Q: What if I had PAY Tokens on more than one Ethereum address during the snapshot?

Repeat the sign message steps for each of your addresses, signing with only your TenX registered email address each time.

During Step 4, you can click Add another signed message to paste another signed message. The web app supports up to 20 signed messages.

Q: Where can I verify my account on the TenX app?

In your TenX app, tap on the drawer menu on the top left corner. You’ll see a highlighted button, Verify your account.

Q: I don’t see the Verify your account button in my TenX app. What do I do?
